We seek to fill the following positions:
Senior Consultant: Experienced individual with outstanding track record of business development, client retention and fee revenue production, seeking to leverage on their recruitment or financial services experience. The role offers an excellent work/life balance; Consultants operate from home and a hot desk within the offices. The role is rewarded through one of the highest industry commission rates.
Consultant: Highly experienced recruiter with background in financial services recruitment sectors with excellent billing track records within their sector. High basic salary, plus generous commission range.
Researcher: Individual with a 1-2 year track record from within the telesales, research or sales sector. You will be looking to advance your career within the Search & Selection industry. The Researcher will work directly with a Senior Consultant, researching and presenting on the vertical sectors and building initial contact with new customers.
